FRIED already pays attention to maximum economic efficiency in an early phase of design. Plastic-compatible design is done by considering the deformation characteristic, the formation of possible sink marks and optimum demoulding process. During the design phase, for instance, one already determines whether a final part should be cast or mechanically reworked after casting - to determine the economically more viable variant.

This is only possible because all projects are managed in interdisciplinary manner. Close coordination with the customer in every phase of design ensures that the customer exactly obtains the solution that he needs. Data transfer from practically all CAD systems is only one of the many options in the process.

For technical validation purposes, FRIED offers techniques such as FEM models or rapid prototyping.
